RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Thanks for shopping with Something Kiwi. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have ​30​ calendar days to make a claim if goods received are damaged, you are dissatisfied with product, and or items are missing from purchase whilst providing sufficient evidence from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return of a dis-satisfactory product, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.Your item must be in the original packaging.Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase


For damages, you also have 30 days from receiving goods to get into contact with us in regards to your claim via emailing us at contact@somethingkiwi.co.nz whilst providing photo evidence that you have received damaged goods

Refunds

Once we receive your item or evidence of, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return/claim. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.If your return/claim is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment or agreed method of refund payment).

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non​refundable.
